Arbitrage is the opportunity to spot and make profit from marginal differences in prices across different exchanges; for instance, you can find a particular coin at $6.992 at Binance and the same coin might be available for $6.970 at Kraken.
That means you can buy on Binance and sell on Kraken for $0.022 per coin profit. This is the essence of arbitrage. It’s also worth noting that different exchanges may charge you deposit/withdrawal fees, which will eat into your profits.

Thank you for taking the time to read our Swapnex.io review. If you have any questions or comments, please post them in the section below.
On its website, Swapnex makes no mention of who owns or operates the company.
In December 2020, Swapnex’s website domain (“swapnex.io”) was privately registered.
The company itself appears to have begun operations around August 2021 or shortly thereafter.
Swapnex presents Australian incorporation details for “Swapnex PTY LTD” in an attempt to appear authentic. There is also a comparable corporate address in NSW, Australia.
A virtual office address merchant is one of the firms that operates from this location.
For the purposes of MLM due diligence, fundamental incorporation in any jurisdiction is useless. This is mostly due to the fact that data submitted was not verified.
On August 2nd, 2021, Swapnex launched its own YouTube account. Marketing videos with cast actors can be found on the channel.
An anonymous “product director” appears in a conventional rented office setup in an October 30th, 2021 video:
Swapnex’s Product Director is named Marcus Huber in a second video posted on February 6th, 2022; Marcus Huber is actually Rupert Godman, a British citizen who has lived in Russia for two decades.
Godman speaks French, Spanish, German, and Russian fluently. According to an interview with Sam Gerrans from 2012, Godman was Godman marked a recent Swapnex acting gig with an Instagram picture on March 20th:
I assume the film Godman is referring to is the Swapnex marketing video from February 2022, which I already mentioned.
The official Facebook page of Swapnex is run from Ukraine.
We can deduce that “Marcus Huber” is a Boris CEO based on this. It’s unknown who runs Swapnex, but it’s clearly the standard Eastern-European con artists.
As always, if an MLM firm isn’t transparent about who runs or controls it, consider twice before joining and/or turning over any money.
